About Virtue

We stay inside the data long enough to find what everyone else missed.

Virtue is a team of people who love humans, systems, and building. We work alongside companies with meaningful data and real operating complexity, find the opportunities worth pursuing, and build the systems that put them to work.
25+ Years combined experience building systems and software.
2019 Founded with the bet that embedded data access would outperform one-off consulting.
Currently servicing clients throughout the US and worldwide.

How Model Core works.

Start with one opportunity. Prove it on your data. Put it into production. Then keep improving what works.

Who we're built for

Best fit

15 to 200 person companies with meaningful operating data and enough complexity that good software materially changes the business.

Usually a signal

CRM, property, portfolio, customer, research, sales, or operating data that is valuable but underused.

Probably not yet

Companies still looking for product market fit, or early enough that the operating data is thin.

Virtue started in 2019 with a simple belief: the best systems get built when you stay close enough to the people and data to understand how the business actually works.

Since then, we've worked inside investment funds, national brands, real estate firms, ecommerce companies, and university research programs. Different industries, same pattern: valuable opportunities were usually already sitting inside the company. The hard part was finding them and turning them into systems people actually used.

That is still how we work today. We usually begin with limited access and one contained problem, and as the work proves itself, we expand into the systems and teams where the value is highest.

Our core belief

Software is becoming easier to build. Knowing what should be built, what should be trusted, and what actually produces value is becoming harder.

Virtue exists for that gap.
