The problem

Operations ran on a sprawl of legacy systems, with data spread across payroll, accounting, spreadsheets, and homegrown apps. No one had a map of which business function lived in which system, and there was no clean view to expose to customers.

What we built

We used AI to scan the systems and code and produce a clear map of where everything lived. From there we built a single clean data layer feeding usage and engagement dashboards, and replaced costly middleware with simpler, owned infrastructure.

The outcome

A documented, navigable system map where there had been none, plus dashboards the team and its customers could finally rely on. The business could see its own operation clearly for the first time.
